If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative costs.
Once project forms are submitted and work has started (research, drafts, or deliverables), payments are considered final.
Instead of refunds, we provide revisions within the agreed scope to ensure satisfaction.
Digital products (such as ebooks, templates, guides, or downloads) are delivered instantly after payment. Because access is immediate and irreversible, all product sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible once a product has been delivered, either via instant download or email copy.
In rare cases where a refund is applicable (for services cancelled before work begins), it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
